Terms of Service
- Private service. We prepare and file documents on your behalf. We are not a government office and cannot guarantee that an office approves a request.
- Legal only. We never pay officials extra, skip required steps or documents, or use false documents. Some services need you to attend in person; we tell you before you pay.
- Prices. The government fee and our service fee are shown separately; we give you the office receipt. Delivery has its own fee.
- Payment. Full payment before we start work. Only our staff can confirm that money was received.
- Refunds. Cancelled before we file → full refund. After filing → the government fee is not refunded. Rejected because the documents you gave were wrong → the government fee and service fee are not refunded.
- Times are usual estimates; offices can take longer.
- Handover. Pick-up and delivery need the 4-digit code we send you. Sending originals by a parcel company is at your request and risk.
- The chat is answered by an AI assistant and staff; you can ask for a person at any time.
